Be it analyzing legal issues, advocating in court, or negotiating a favorable resolution, Nedda enjoys helping her clients navigate the litigation process. Her litigation practice covers a broad range of business disputes, including those involving contracts, corporate governance issues, securities law violations, fraud and misrepresentations, real-estate transactions, shareholder disputes, and officer and director liability. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings, and regularly practices in both state and federal courts.

Outside of the office, Nedda enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and supporting ballet, music, and the arts in the community.
